Another one of our timeless soup recipes. Our chefs combine white mushrooms with the earthier notes of wild mushroom, a splash of white wine, cloves of garlic, sprigs of thyme and seasoned it with a twist of black pepper, to form an indulgent, creamy bowlful of woodland flavour.
The soup will be delivered in a flask.
All you will have to do is simply open the lid and pour.
